Rental Rates / Policies:

Spring Summer Rates:   May-September: $xx/Night

Winter Rates:  October-April $xx/night

  • $195 Cleaning Fee
  • $1st Night’s Rent Non-refundable deposit at time of booking
  • Full payment due 3 weeks prior to arrival date

  • 3 Bedroom – Two queens, two twins, two bunk beds
  • 2 Full Baths
  • Central A/C
  • Parking for 2 vehicles & 2 boats / or 4 total vehicles
  • Minimum age of Rental Agreement holder 25 years
  • Non-smoking home
  • Pet Friendly with added cleaning fee – $100 flat fee per pet. Plus additional fee of $30 per day/length of stay.
  • Maximum 10 People on Property – No Parties
  • Check in 4pm / Check Out 11am… we will try to accommodate earlier arrivals when possible
