We are located off the Swan Creek – Fair Haven Point.  Relax on the patio to enjoy a busy view overlooking Mayea Marina; and walking distance to the Island Grill Restaurant!

Rental Rates / Policies:

Summer:  $250/night*  |  Winter (November 1 – April 15) $150/night

  • Three night minimum
  • Maximum 6 People on Property
  • 2 Bedrooms – 1 Bath
  • Minimum age of Rental Agreement holder 25 years
  • Non-smoking home
  • $250 Non-refundable Deposit at time of booking – See bottom of page for cancellation terms
  • $150 Cleaning Fee
  • Payment due 3 weeks prior to arrival date
  • No Pets
  • Check in 4pm / Check Out 11am… we will try to accommodate earlier arrivals when possible
  • *Higher Rates May Apply for Holiday/Event Weekends such as Memorial Weekend, 4th of July, Raft Off, and Labor Day

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in.  If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in.  After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in.  No refund after that.
