This updated Conger Bay home located just off Lake St. Clair is available for 2025 spring & fall!  Walk to two restaurants.

 Rental Rates / Policies:

Rates:   $200/Night May – October.  ($175 Off Season November – April)

(2 Night Minimum / Rent 4+ Nights and NO Cleaning Fee!)

• $75 Cleaning Fee ($0 cleaning fee for 4+ night booking)
• $1st Night’s Rent Non-refundable deposit due at time of booking via personal check, Zelle, PayPal, Venmo
• Full payment due 3 weeks prior to arrival date

Alternate large boat launch locations are nearby at DNR RAMPS:  Selfridge, Harley Ensign, & Clinton River Cut Off.
