Rental Policies:

• Maximum 10 guests
• No Pets
• Minimum age of Rental Agreement holder 25 years
• No smoking inside home
• $1000 Security Deposit at time of booking (Upon inspection – Returned to you within one week of departure)
• Payment (non-refundable) due 30 days prior to arrival date
• Check In Anytime Day of Arrival / Check out Noon
