Rental Policies:
Rental rates vary depending on the number of nights booked, holidays and the season. There is a 3-night minimum. Please call or text for quotes.
- Comfortably sleeps 8+ with maximum 11 guests
- Minimum age of Rental Agreement holder 25 years
- Non-smoking home – Smoking area designated at Fire Pit
- $500 Security Deposit at time of booking (Upon inspection – Returned to you within one week of departure)
- Payment due 30 days prior to arrival date

- 15 minutes east of I-94, off M-29 (23 Mile Rd.) and Eight (8) miles east of New Baltimore, one (1) mile west of Palms Rd.
- 1 mile to the nearest DNR boat launch (before Palms Rd.)
- 7 miles to Algonac DNR for North Channel access, as well as the Harsen’s Island Ferry
2021 Rates: $375/night … THREE night minimum thanks…. Book for 7 nights and receive weekly rate of $2,500!
