Our Sunrise Getaway is a perfect place to relax!  Just off the North Channel of Lake St. Clair!

Quiet and protected, with a beautiful view of the St. John’s Marsh.  Waterfowl abound here along with great fishing minutes away on the North Channel, St. Clair River, and Lake St. Clair.

Rental Policies:

  • Maximum 6 guests & 3 Night Minimum Stay
  • Minimum age of Rental Agreement holder 25 years
  • No smoking inside home
  • No pets allowed
  • $300 Security Deposit at time of booking (Upon inspection – Returned to you within one week of departure)
  • Payment due 30 days prior to arrival date
  • Check In 3pm / Check out 10am – Let us know if you need an earlier check in time
  • Free on-site parking for “two” trucks & two trailers.  BRINGING “3” TRUCKS/TRAILERS?  To accommodate for off-site local parking for 3rd trailer, extra off-site fee may apply.
Location: 
  • Anchor Bay Drive is surrounded by water on both sides.  The entrance to this Drive is on M29 with a blinking traffic light & convenience store on the corner.
  • 2 minutes to the nearest boat launches at Decker’s Landing and the DNR Boat Launch – onto the North Channel
  • Lake St. Clair – Fair Haven DNR is 3.5 miles and Algonac DNR is 7 miles.

May 1 thru Labor Day Weekend $300/Night

March/April and September/October $250/Night
